If you will be accepted as a poster presenter:

A Poster session is a graphic presentation of authors' research. The authors illustrate their findings by displaying graphs, photos, diagrams and a small amount of text on the poster boards. The opportunity to present research or clinical results will be provided in two poster sessions. You are expected to bring your own printed posters and hang them yourselves. Posters will be displayed in two rotations and will be grouped by sections.

The posters will be mounted on movable walls on stands provided by the organizers in the:

Conwentz- & Meatzig-Haus

Poster Size: Portrait formatted posters in DIN A0 size (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm) are recommended. The size of your printed poster should not exceed 145 cm in height and 95 cm in width.

Posters Hanging: on the evening or morning before the session, but may be set up 1 hour latest, before the start of the session.

Posters have to be printed on paper. Affix your poster on the poster panel marked with your number. Further assistance and adhesive material will be available at the 'poster help desk' near the poster exhibition space. Affix your poster on the poster panel marked with your number. Please only use the provided adhesive material! No audiovisual equipment is permitted for poster presentations.

Poster Sessions

All poster presenters are called to present their contribution in a 4-minute poster fast-forward presentation. Please arrive punctually to your session. There will be two posters rotations. Posters will be carefully arranged according to thematic clusters. Therefore you must use the dedicated poster board for your own poster, labelled with your Final Poster Number, send to you by E-Mail in advance and listed in the rotation schedule.
