If you book a day ticket, you are responsible for your own travel to the Heidemuseum in the National Park, except on the day of arrival and departure.

Speakers and Chairs
You will receive a separate invitation letter by e-Mail. May we please ask you to follow the instructions in this letter. Please provide your travel information, so that local transportation and accommodation can be duly organized. We also need the title and an abstract of your talk for the final program. Stipend Applicants*
Young scientists and clinicians (MD/PhD students, postdocs) as well as scientists from countries in need are encouraged to apply for a stipend, made available through the generous support of the Mildred Scheel Foundation. Stipend will cover travel and accommodation. Please keep your travel costs at minimum – we can only reimburse economy return tickets and a maximal amount of 200 €. All applicants must submit an abstract here.

Other Participants*
In addition to invited speakers, chairpersons, and stipend holders, a limited number of participants can be accommodated at the meeting, based on “first-come, first served” availability. Your are expected to pay for your registration fee, travel cost and own accommodation – we hold a room block and will pass on to you with the confirmation. Abstracts are welcome.
Please note, attendance is limited to two persons per laboratory/department.
